Customer Discovery

Do not use any passwords or any type of credentials in team pages.

Customer Discovery is when we ask the customer questions and combine with direct research to complete a profile for any potential new customer. Ideally, Customer Discovery should be completed via a direct phone call with the POC immediately after initial lead creation. Complete direct research first - where possible - and then verify the information with the customer. ex: "can you verify that your address is 123 central lane" vs "what is your address"?
